Alike was engaged by Ramsay Health Care just prior to their significant growth phase, due to the acquisition and expansion of the Ramsay Pharmacy network across Australia. So it was important that the best of the brand was captured and articulated, to protect it during growth phase.

OUR THINKING

Ramsay Health Care was founded in Australia by a fellow Australian, the late Paul Ramsay in 1964, with the belief that if you look after the people, the rest will follow. Since then, Ramsay Health Care has grown to become the largest Private Healthcare provider in Australia, and one of the largest in the world, providing a network of hospitals and healthcare services across 11 different countries. Although many things have changed over the 60 years, the philosophy centred around providing the highest quality care to patients, has never changed. We were careful to ensure that the Ramsay Way was captured into the new brand guidelines to preserve this philosophy and ensure it continues going forward. The existing guidelines were primarily design related, so we articulated key points relating to the strategic positioning of the brand, developed a narrative to communicate the brand philosophy, pillars of excellence, and well as the fundamentals behind the way the brand thinks, speaks, and acts, to further support the brand.
