The primary purpose to the partnership between The Agency Real Estate Group and the Australian Turf Club (ATC) was to build out brand awareness and strengthen community ties in the Sydney market.  

OUR THINKING

As embedded CMO, our priority was to maximise the ROI of The Agency’s existing sponsorship with the Australian Turf Club through brand awareness and lead generating activities. We developed a Sponsorship Strategy which mapped out the existing sponsorship commitments and looked at ways we could leverage from these activities, and further value-add across other platforms. 

Throughout the partnership, we ensured we leveraged every opportunity to build brand awareness across events, signage, social tiles, paid social campaign messaging, eDM messaging, racebook ad messaging and digital cube messaging. After two weeks in market across ATC-owned channels only, the campaign generated 400 entries with a 10% conversion rate for appraisal requests.
