Once the Employee Value Proposition was developed, the next crucial piece was to attract the best people for QSuper by creating a recruitment platform that tied back to the EVP.
The primary objective was to lead with an emotional campaign that demonstrated QSuper’s higher purpose, by showing that the impact they can make, is far greater than the job description. Based on the employee value proposition work completed, we also developed a QSuper Employee Referral Campaign aimed at attracting experienced candidates who meet the selection criteria, cultural fit and business needs of the group. This campaign was aimed at creating cut-through and differentiating from existing internal communication pieces, to nominate someone from their network whom they believe will fulfil this role and be the best person for the job.
