The Agency's success is built upon bringing the best real estate agents from across the country together under the one roof. As a premium brand, it was critical that quality candidates were recruited to deliver the best results to clients.

OUR THINKING

Based on the brand pillars of growth, performance and success identified as part of our brand strategy project, we conducted recruitment strategy sessions with the Executive and key stakeholders to identify and profile the ideal agent. This helped to clearly articulate the value proposition and create compelling messaging to attract the ‘best fit’ candidates for the business.

A completely different approach was taken when developing the messaging. We centred around the beliefs, values and ways of working, to ensure we connected with, and attracted the right people with the right values. All messaging was written in The Agency's tone of voice to ensure cut-through – upbeat, ambitious and bold – they fearlessly challenge the status quo and push boundaries.

Brand is the strongest engagement tool a business has because of its power to attract and connect.
